Thank you for choosing LLC. We strive to provide high-quality products and services to our valued customers. Please read our no refunds policy regarding hair extensions carefully before making your purchase:
1. **All Sales Are Final**: Once a hair extension product is purchased, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any hair extension products.
2. **Quality Assurance**: We take great care to ensure the quality of our hair extension products. However, if you believe there is a defect in the product you received, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and may provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
3. **Color Matching**: We provide detailed color descriptions and images to assist you in selecting the right shade of hair extensions. However, due to variations in monitor settings and lighting conditions, we cannot guarantee an exact color match. Therefore, refunds will not be issued for discrepancies in color.
4. **Custom Orders**: Custom-made hair extensions are tailored specifically to your requirements and cannot be resold to other customers. For this reason, custom orders are non-refundable.
5. **Hygiene and Safety**: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair extension products.
6. **Change of Mind**: We understand that circumstances may change, but we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind.
7. **Cancellation Policy**: Orders for hair extension products cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
